All service sales, products and gift card sales are FINAL and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy


When we make an appointment for you, we reserve a certain amount of time to provide you with the highest quality care based on your needs and type of appointment required.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our Spa as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This will enable another customer who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot.

If you do need to cancel / reschedule your appointment, please call our Spa and we will gladly help you.

If an appointment is missed and has not been cancelled / rescheduled, we reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee.

Our staff’s time is valuable. Please be considerate of our time and our clients wanting to book in.

Gift Voucher Policy

The use of a Sandawana Spa gift voucher constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  • Treat the voucher like cash.
  • Vouchers are redeemable against treatments and products at Sandawana Beauty Spa.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • No cash balance will be given as change.
  • Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. This does not include complimentary/promotional vouchers.
