24-HR CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is joyfully anticipated and artfully prepared! Please provide Sandawana Spa with a minimum of 24 hours notice when rescheduling your appointment(s). If 24 hours notice of cancellation is not provided, we will charge your credit card 50% of the day’s total service(s) value. For this policy, Sandawana Spa requires a credit card number to reserve your appointment(s). If you are using Gift Certificates or Packages, 50% of the total service(s) will be retained.
Sandawana Spa offers a custom approach to your spa day. We do not offer online booking because we care about your spa treatment and your relaxation, right down to the the room, time, specific service and therapist. Our goal is for you to have the BEST experience possible. The friendly Sandawana Spa voices are just a phone call away, to help you schedule your perfect spa day!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Sandawana Spa has a set schedule and other guests following your appointment. If you happen to be late to your appointment, your appointment may be shortened. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you based on what our schedule allows.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Treatments are always in progress at Sandawana Spa. Please speak softly upon entering the spa. We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early, allowing you time to check in and unwind. Please silence your cell phone before you come through the front door and lower your voice to ensure all Sandawana Spa guests have a quiet, relaxed spa environment. If you are accompanied by a child, ensure you watch them carefully and note: quiet is necessary to be sure guests receiving treatments are not interrupted. As a courtesy to the next guest, please note that if you arrive late – your treatment will end as previously scheduled.
Try not to schedule a huge event after a relaxing spa day (facial, massage or body treatment). For the ultimate treatment and indulgence –you may get oil in your hair, leave with no make-up and hopefully be wonderfully relaxed. Provide yourself enough time after your appointment(s) to relax….
When booking your appointment, notify our staff of:

• Special health care needs/concerns
• Mobility issues: If you have trouble using steps, please specify that you need a downstairs treatment room for your appointment.
• If pregnant, advise how many weeks/doctor’s written permission
• Requested Spa Provider and/or treatment requests.
