Are you still open?
Yes, absolutely ! 😊
We are trading with our normal operating hours:
- Monday to Saturday| 8am to 6pm
- Sundays & Public Holidays | 9am to 5pm
What health & safety measures has the spa put in place?
🌟All of our staff have been briefed on the Virus and will continue with our standard salon cleaning protocols, making use of Sanitizer before and after each treatment.
🌟Our staff are regularly sanitizing all surfaces including the reception desk, doors handles, taps and implements used in treatments.
🌟The face hole in the plinth is not only cleaned, but sprayed with sanitizer before and after each client’s treatment.
🌟Staff are issued with face masks to make use of during treatments for both their safety and that of our clients.
As a customer, what do I need to do before coming in?
We are requesting that all clients wash their hands thoroughly when they arrive for a treatment and make ample use of sanitizer stations that we have supplied🤗
We ask that, should any of our clients show any symptoms or have been in contact with someone who was potentially exposed to the virus in the last 2 weeks,they are to follow the health and safety guidelines by contacting their medical practitioner.
Can you still do pamper parties?
Yes, we can definitely still conduct pamper parties at the venue of your choosing.
Our staff will implement all of our protocols from the salon, cleaning and sanitizing the surfaces and tools before each client as well as wearing the necessary protective apparel.
