Sandawana Spa offers a custom approach to your spa day! We care about your spa treatment and your relaxation, right down to the room, time, specific service and therapist. Our goal is for you to have the BEST experience possible! The friendly Sandawana Spa voices are just a phone call away to help you schedule your perfect spa day!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Sandawana Spa has a set schedule and other guests following your appointment. If you happen to be delayed, you’re appointment may need to be shortened. We will always try to do our absolute best to accommodate you based on what our schedule allows.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Treatments are always in progress at Sandawana Spa. We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early, allowing you time to check in and unwind. Please silence your mobile devices and lower your voice to ensure all guests have a quiet, relaxed spa environment. If you are accompanied by a child, ensure you watch them carefully and note: quiet is necessary to be sure guests receiving treatments are not interrupted.
